1) All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 days after receive the payment. 2) Local delivery will take 1 to 3 working days depending on the courier service. 3) Free local courier shipping and SAME DAY DELIVERY, need Minimum spending SGD$100 applied. 4) Courier Services : SingPost ,NINJA VAN , J&T or QXPRESS.
Return Policy
1) Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories within 7 days of receiving your item. 2) Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. 3) We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. 4) Ship the product as soon as possible once it arrives at our facility and receipt it, we inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
